*Job Description
1-This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant at Maqam For Urban Development in New Cairo.
2-The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting, communication, customer service, sales, and real estate activities.
3- They will assist customers in finding and purchasing residential and commercial properties .
4-provide guidance on financial aspects, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
1-Consulting, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Sales and Real Estate experience
2-Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
3-Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
4-Knowledge of property market trends and regulations
5-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
6-Attention to detail and high level of organization
7-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Additional certifications or qualifications in real estate are a plus
